Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and betjam ("betjam," "we," "us," "our"). 1.1 These Terms govern all use of the betjam platform, including the website at betjam.run, all associated mobile-optimized pages, and any betjam services accessed through those channels.
1.2 By completing the betjam registration process, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; (c) you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and of your own free will; and (d) all information you provide to betjam is accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 These Terms should be read alongside betjam's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other betjam document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the betjam platform, you must:

If betjam determines at any point that an account was registered by an ineligible person, the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) betjam account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. betjam employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and any winnings generated may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. betjam is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjam Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betjam will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified betjam of unauthorized access in accordance with Section 3.4.
3.4 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your betjam account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify betjam support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. betjam will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.
3.5 KYC Verification. betjam is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. betjam processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4.1 betjam accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. betjam does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betjam does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, betjam reserves the right to void the deposit and return funds to the originating account.
4.3 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your betjam account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
4.4 betjam operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.
4.5 betjam reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your betjam account has completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.5. betjam will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
5.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. betjam reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
5.3 betjam aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the processing times of your bank or e-wallet provider. betjam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 betjam reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by betjam's fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend the processing time. betjam will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to additional review.
5.5 Any active bonus balance or funds subject to wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
6.1 betjam may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed at the point of offer. These Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 betjam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. betjam also reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withhold withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other form of bonus abuse.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Players who betjam determines are using bonuses in a systematic or professional manner designed to extract value rather than for recreational play may have their bonus eligibility restricted.
6.5 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 All games available on the betjam platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games such as Dragon Gate and Mines, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
7.2 betjam uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by betjam or any third party.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, betjam will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, betjam's decision on the outcome of that round shall be final. betjam is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 betjam publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its slot games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.5 For sports betting markets, betjam reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or where betjam has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betjam platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betjam content.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of betjam's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjam's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betjam platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betjam account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 betjam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the betjam platform, even if betjam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 betjam does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond betjam's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. betjam will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
11.4 Gambling involves financial risk. betjam does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the betjam platform. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting activities at your own risk.
12.1 betjam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where betjam has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betjam reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or prohibited conduct, betjam may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betjam support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
13.1 betjam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the betjam platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 betjam implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and betjam cannot guarantee absolute data security.

14.3 Your continued use of the betjam platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the betjam platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to betjam's customer support team for informal resolution. betjam will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent betjam from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
